How to Retrieve Your Precious Patterns
Once your offering has been made and payment received, a little blue bird will swiftly deliver a message to your mailbox containing the link to your precious patterns. (Do remember to check your spam folder, as this mischievous little bird does enjoy playing tricks.)
Should it lose its way in the mist, fear not… Simply make your way to your customer account and open the section entitled “Order History and Details.” Then select the corresponding order by clicking the “Details” button.
There, like magical blue-inked illuminations, your downloadable patterns shall appear. A simple click upon their name will be enough to begin the download.
A small notice from the workshop: these digital patterns may only be downloaded from a computer.
